Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
Typing speed of 40wpm
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Willing to accept minimum rate (570/day + Monthly Performance Bonus)
Can start ASAP
Job Description:
Assist customers using chat system (Lazada/Shopee)
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
