Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming chat queries
Document the appropriate information then potentially initiate a soft sale offer to set up an appointment
Help clients increase business while providing a delightful experience to their consumers.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Professionally interact with customers, as well as be proactive in providing exceptional customer chat support
Be a team player and assist in molding new team members
Requirements
Customer service experience is a must. At least 1-3 years of contact center experience
Track record of over-achieving KPIs
Good customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Hands-on experience in using any CRM or software for database management is advantageous
Consumer sales, cross-selling/up-selling or lead qualification experience a plus
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work on a shifting schedule
Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office as required
