Job Urgent Hiring
Qualifications:
Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Local Accounts (preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Great customer relation management
Flexible time
Willing to start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist customers using chat system (Lazada/Shopee)
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
