Qualifications:
• Undergraduate / College graduate is welcome to apply!

• Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in Local Accounts (Shopee/Lazada)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
• Typing speed of 40wpm
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to accept minimum rate (570/day + Monthly Performance Bonus)
• Can start ASAP
Job Description:
• Assist customers using chat system
• Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
• Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers
