Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
Provide accurate product information and technical support to customers
Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support services
Act as a product expert and provide ongoing product training to customers
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, handling customer support inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers in a professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suites
Experience in working with CRMs and ticketing systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
