Qualifications and Duties:
With or without experience are welcome to apply!
Preferably at least 6 months as Chat Support/CSR
Amenable to work on Shifting schedule and be assigned in Tatalon, QC
Knowledgeable in car/motor accessories, digital gadgets is an advantage
Computer literate and typing speed of 40wpm
Assist customers using a chat system or email
Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices and other details to prospective and existing customers.

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
