Are you excited about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative. The role is at our team in Makati. You will focus on our Food Delivery - Chat account.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via chat. Assist with their food delivery inquiries and concerns.
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues, leaving a positive impression.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
At least 18 years old and above
