Job Description:
Seeking a Channel Operations Associate for assistance with an extensive portfolio of e-commerce products in an operational and logistical capacity. You will work directly with our Marketplace Operations team, troubleshooting issues across a catalog of 100+ products and several e-commerce brands and assist with filing cases. You will be responsible for executing various tasks on Amazon and other marketplaces, including but not limited to: Listing creation, listing content updates, category approvals, hazmat flags, and more broadly, resolving any issues or blockers that may prevent a product from actively selling. Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central is required. Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Support is an additional plus
Skills and Experience:
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Quick learner
● Problem solving and solutions-oriented ○ Comfortable pushing Seller Support to give you more information and getting them to go "off script" (don't take no for an answer)
● Multi-tasking
● Attention to detail ○ Be able to follow directions clearly and execute on instructions precisely
● Experience working with Amazon Seller Central is required
● Experience working with Amazon Seller Support preferred
● Experience working with other marketplaces like Walmart and Shopify preferred
Requirement:
● 1+ years of experience running/assisting with one or more Amazon Seller on the selling side accounts including but not limited to pricing and listing management
● Familiar with listing setup and updates, keyword optimization, troubleshooting Amazon product issues, filing basic cases, working w/ Seller Support occasionally, coupon setup, promotions setup, A+ content uploads, keyword ranking, etc. is a big plus
● 1+ years of experience running/assisting with other marketplaces (Shopify websites, Walmart, etc.)
● 1+ years Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (not only as a tool for data entry - we're looking for someone with knowledge of basic data analysis formulas)
