Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates with the rest of Channel Management and Operations Division and other support units of the Bank, together with partners such as MBTC-ITG, BancNet and other third party vendors/Telco service providers
Coordinates with Information Technology counterparts and various IT consultants and internal partners to immediately address issues as well as system errors encountered in Production
Branch servicing/support and customer engagement/handling of issues related to various channels implemented by E-Channels Department
Participate in various testing activities such as BETA, PIR, and other related production testing required to ensure channel availability and reliability
Work closely with Information Security, Fraud, Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure that risks are addressed, managed and mitigating controls/structures are in place
Sees to it that MIS are in place to properly monitor the progress of projects and performance of channels
Actively participates in Service Quality initiatives, and ensures that satisfactory ratings in such initiatives are attained
Ensure that the UI/UX of all electronic channels are customer friends and updated by coordinating regularly with the UI/UX Officer
Perform tasks as Business Continuity Plan Team member in accordance with official guidelines and instructions
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or Information Technology
With at least a year of working experience in a Bank/Financial Services/Telco company
On-the-job training or actual experience in business development and marketing would be an advantage, but not required
Must be willing to work in an onsite schedule in Makati
