To develop, implement and execute appropriate change strategies to support strategic transformational GSSC initiatives.
Lead the delivery of change plans and strategies in partnership with various Towers and project teams to ensure change and transformation efforts are accepted and embedded in the GSSC
Engage with stakeholders to gain commitment and prepare the business to adopt new ways of working that impact on processes, working practices, systems and support structures
Determine opportunities for process and performance improvement through change impact assessment and agile process/system reviews in order to understand barriers in implementing change solutions
Define change approach applying human-centered design principles/ user-experience lens and agile principles
Instill a partnering mindset across the business, particularly Towers undergoing change, by engaging in dynamic conversations i.e. coaching and problem solving discussions with users, subject matter experts, project team members, etc.
Define and apply a suitable change governance framework for transformational delivery projects.
Drive business impact as well as return on investment of change solutions through ensuring full adoption by employees affected by the change
