Finance Transformation & Automation Team seeking a highly motivated Change Manager - to help lead and execute key initiatives for Finance.
Your Key Objectives
Co-drive the Finance Transformation agenda together with the team to create an agile, efficient and sustainable Finance organization in the region
Support in delivering large scale transformation initiatives such as organization design, process re-engineering and system rollouts
Serve as change agent to smoothen the impact of the transformation initiatives and maximize employee adoption and usage to the new systems
Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors and account for them in the change plan
Collaborate with stakeholders from various level of the organization to drive and execute the Finance Transformation agenda
Your expertise in change management - will be crucial in driving successful outcomes and facilitating organizational change.
Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Transformation & Automation.
Lead, develop and implement change strategy to support the Finance transformation agenda across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance teams, executive leadership, IT and People departments to define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria, ensuring change management needs are accounted for in the plan
Plan, design and deliver end-to-end change management initiatives, including strategic cooperation with with senior leadership to convey vision, progress and current status in a consistent and transparent manner
Create communication plans and deliver stakeholder-specific change management communications
Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of change activities with organizational goals
Implement change management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project delivery and enhance team productivity
Facilitate change management activities by promoting awareness, providing training, and addressing concerns related to finance transformation initiatives
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent
5+ years of relevant change management experience
In-depth knowledge of project and change management methodologies. Respective certification (e.g., Prosci) will be a plus
Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft applications for analysis and reporting [capable of preparing high quality presentation]
Preferred Qualifications / Experiences:
Experience in management consulting firms or inhouse change management team
Previous experience with reorganization and centralisation activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Strong communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and drive action
Strong analytical skills and who can foresee upstream and downstream impacts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
