Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Management Consulting Company in Southeast Asia. Our reputable client is looking for Change Management Sr. Associate, office located in Makati City, Philippines.
About the Role:
Coordinate and drive change enablement for clients as part of large transformation programs
Drive training programs including building training collaterals and coordinating training activities to enable organizational capability uplift
Design and implement creative communication and engagement materials (e.g. newsletters, emails, infographics, quick reference guides, videos, microsites)
Support change impact assessments; develop and execute surveys to assess change readiness
Track and monitor adoption metrics (including the creation of measures of success dashboards)
Support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of outcomes
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): change management, organizational development, driving training programs.
Preferably with relevant organizational development or people-related change management background.
Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience within the organizational development/change management and/or human capital domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive team
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of change management is a must
Can work from home until further notice.
