BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE
The iOPS Change Management Executive (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for execution of centrally managed change actions for the iOPS Transformation delivered through technology deployment and process integration.
This role will be responsible for close coordination with the Deliver & Collect pillar, and will work on process review, change action identification, and monitoring of completion of agreed change actions. The role will hold championship in creating communication materials for iOPS across a broad range of audience, and support in preparation for engagement activities and follow through actions in getting the pulse of the business across the different stages of deployment.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Review and change mapping for Deliver & Collect technology deployment
Support in Capability Building activities for tech deployment
Coordination and preparation of townhalls & focused group discussions
Maintenance of employee feedback mechanisms (survey, digital boards) and subsequent update of activities based on feedback
Coordination and execution of logistical requirements for change management engagement activities across different teams
Evaluation of engagement / activity effectiveness
Preparation of various materials for communications and documentation for activities
Support in communications schedule management
Support for transfer activities to external partner teams (CG) and deployment of a successful partnership mindset
