Position: Sales Operations Assistant
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5 PM M-F EST | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Salary Range: 900 - 1000 USD/month
About the Job:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and driving the success of HuberMethod. Your primary responsibilities will involve a blend of sales support, administrative duties, and strategic initiatives designed to streamline our sales processes and enhance our client engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate HuberMethod's value proposition to prospective clients. Ensure that each proposal is tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of our clients.
Meeting Summarization: Attend important meetings alongside the CEO, ensuring that key takeaways, decisions, and action items are accurately captured and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Follow-ups and Communication: Take charge of post-meeting correspondence. Ensure that all follow-ups are timely, professional, and aligned with HuberMethod's standards of excellence.
Appointment Setting: Proactively manage the CEO's calendar. Schedule appointments with leads, ensuring that all meetings are well-coordinated and that preparation materials are provided in advance.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and present comprehensive reports to leadership. Your insights will be crucial for strategic decision-making, highlighting trends, sales performance, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales operations, sales, or as an executive assistant.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and modify sales collateral and presentations.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A proactive mindset, with an ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
A team player attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
Proficiency using Hubspot CRM software and Google suite.
