Description Position: Design Associate Work Hours : Saudi Arabia Timezone Pay Range: $900 - $1,500 per month Company Overview Democratizing financial advisory for start-ups Primary Responsibilities UX/UI Design: Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop and iterate on user personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts. Webpage and Landing Page Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly webpages and landing pages. Ensure designs are optimized for conversion and user engagement. Collaborate with web developers to implement designs accurately. Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes for digital products. Clearly communicate design ideas and functionality to stakeholders. Software Design: Design interfaces for software applications. Ensure software design is intuitive and aligns with user needs and business goals. Mobile App Design: Design mobile app interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Ensure mobile designs are responsive and adhere to platform-specific guidelines. PowerPoint and Pitch Deck Graphics and Design: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks. Visualize data and concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Corporate Reports and Brochure Design: Design corporate reports and brochures, maintaining brand consistency. Work with content teams to layout text and graphics effectively. Realistic Product Mockup Design: Create high-quality, realistic mockups of physical and digital products. Ability to visualize products in various environments and contexts. Realistic and Dynamic Backgrounds for Product Mockup Design: Design dynamic backgrounds that complement and enhance product mockups. Ensure backgrounds align with the product's branding and marketing strategy. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or other similar tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desirable Skills Experience with motion graphics and video editing. History of remote work preferred. Understanding of emerging AI design tools is preferred.
