A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Financial Executive, is responsible to prepare, review and analyze all aspect of company's financial report. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of all taxes, bookkeeping, auditing, projecting and budgeting procedures. Who also able to monitor daily transactions and recommend ways we can improve our financial health including counter checking all Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Sales, Logistics, and Operation to ensure all department's details and accounts are accurate and in compliances with the Directives of our Chairman and President. Previous work experience of at least three(3) years, along with a major degree in Accounting and a CPA qualification, with high scholastic records, preferably from the Country's top Universities. And concrete personal references.
This position will be a vital role in our company operations, ensuring compliance with the law and accuracy in all financial and accounting related matters.
CPA Responsibilities
Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
Prepare accounting reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
Analyze transactions and prepare reports
Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
Participate in budgeting processes
Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
Brief senior managers regularly on the company financial status, only if requested by the office of CEO.
Liaise with external auditor or special Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly to ensure all officers are doing their work timely and accurately.
Keep company financial information strictly confidential
Establish accounting policies and procedures
Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
CPA Job Qualification
Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant
Thorough knowledge of accounting, tax and financial procedures
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
BSc degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports promptly
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent report-writing, communication and IT skills.
