JOB SUMMARY :
· Responsible for collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to identify red flags, key trends and possible corrective actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Timely and accurate submission of account summary and reconciliation to the manager for review;
· Prepares bank reconciliation and prepares report for transactions which were not posted timely or accurately by the other sections;
· Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
· Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, recommending actions;
· Assists the manager in preparing monthly financial reports and presentation for the management;
· Assists the manager in preparing consolidated budgets or rolling forecasts/projections;
· Assists the manager in automating data summarization process and other such process which will lessen turnaround time of report processing or generation;
· Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the foregoing and as may be assigned from time to time by Operations Comptroller Manager and Head.
