Job Type: Full-time
1. Preparation and filing of all tax returns of the company i.e., Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return, Monthly and Quarterly VAT, Withholding Tax on Compensation and Expanded Tax, DST, Annual Registration and all other local/government taxes required.
2. Ensure that all returns are filed and paid on time to avoid penalties.
3. Ensures and monitors proper implementation of various BIR Regulations.
4. Prepares the Alpha List on Compensation - 1601CF, Monthly 1601-C, 1601-E and 1601-F returns.
5. Prepares the VAT, Summary List of Sales and Summary List of Purchases Relief on monthly and quarterly basis.
6. Prepares detailed schedules and worksheet for BIR Audit, Municipal audit and special reporting requirements.
7. Assist and supports the Finance Manager in all related accounting and finance activities.
