DESCRIPTION:
Security & Systems Monitoring, Inc. (SSMI) provides specialized security and life-safety devices for residential, commercial, and industrial establishments. Using an unprecedented combination of technologies and real-time alarm monitoring services, SSMI operates a round the clock Centralized Monitoring Station. As a result of our growth, we are continually looking for qualified Central Monitoring Station Station Operators for a variety of shifts.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position provides SSMi's customers with professional and timely alarm response services. Operators are trained to respond to critical emergencies, fire, intrusion, medical, panic and much more.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Female / Male
At least 2nd Year College Level or a College Graduate except criminology, nautical and education courses.
Team player, trainable, and able to remain calm under pressure
With customer service work related experience is a plus
Computer literate
Good in verbal and written communication skills
Able to work shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Possesses high regard for confidentiality and professionalism
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
 
Central Monitoring Station VIS Operator responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Receive and make calls to client
Monitor/view the live cameras and observed unauthorized person within monitoring schedule
Dispatch appropriate authorities.
Do the hourly monitoring of the monitored cameras
Keep Central Monitoring Station records up to date.
Make monthly reports as maybe assigned by supervisor.
Check and do e-mails to clients
