1.18 Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, a licensed
1.19 Preferably with knowledge and technical competency in the cement manufacturing process, with emphasis in Finish and Raw Milling areas.
1.20 Detailed knowledge about process equipment is advantage
1.21 Proficient in use of mechanical systems, control systems and diagnostic skills.
1.22 Prior project management experience is a plus.
1.23 Strong attention to details, highly organized, strong leadership and effective communication skills.
1.24 Ability to set and administer clear operating and production targets.
1.25 Ability to make timely, critical decisions, often under conditions of uncertainty and stress.
1.26 Ability to interact as a team member in a Total Quality environment.
1.27 Applicants must be willing to work in Pampanga
