Ensures that all Internal Audit findings by IMS or Internal Audit Department shall be incorporated into Company Systems, processes, PMMs, OTPs, KPIs, ROAs, or whatever is applicable.
Ensures that these findings, recommendations, and innovations, are being monitored and complied upon accordingly.
Closely coordinate with IMS, Internal Audit, and all Department Heads concerned in relation to the assignments mentioned.
Interpret data, analyze and evaluate results using statistical techniques and graphical representations (e.g. PMM, CSS result) .
Assist IMS Head with planning programs and activities for IMS .
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Engineering course
At least 2-years experience in ISO Management System
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2018 and ISO 45001:208 Regulatory Standards/Requirements is a must.
IMS Lead Auditor Training and experience is an advantage but not required.
With good communication skills
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
