Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Native speaker or holder of JLPT N1 certification (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
With proven 2 to 3 years managerial experience, preferably in the education industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage staff performance, student relations, and operational goals.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
