JOB SUMMARY
Perform pre-certification, certification and/or authorization activities for all requested PT/OT Home Health Services included as contracted services that meet eligibility and benefits coverage. Responsible for certification determinations and sending written authorizations to referring physician and home health care provider.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Active PRC and US Physical Therapist License
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Basic skills in MS Office and Windows based programs
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work in shifting schedules
