Job Qualifications:
Candidates with degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales and marketing in the same industry or
construction.
Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and
passionate in achieving monthly sales quota
With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works but not a requirement.

Salary for NCR - P20, 000 as basic
Salary range for provinces - Area minimum + 2, 000 Sales Allowance
Job Description:
 Ensures achievements of annul sales target
 Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers
 Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency
 Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals
 Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis
 Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services
 Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal)
 Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
 Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders
 Ensures prompt collection of payment
 Implement company marketing plans and strategies  Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Superior
Requirements
