JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
PARALEGAL
KEY COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONS
I. Documentation and Requirements Monitoring
• Gather all information needed to draft and finalize all contracts and legal documents for the purpose of securing a project site
• Prepare checklist for Lease Package (LP) completion and advise SAQ Officers for any lacking document or requirement
• Prepare Request of Payment (RFP) of rental charges of sites not yet endorsed
• Monitor the release of DOH clearances and certifications
• Oversee and monitor Site Utility Notification Form and Special Power Connection Agreement submission and ensure that accurate information are stated therein.
• Coordinate and endorse certificates/documents for billing with Finance Department
• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of Legal Management/Law
Must have 1 year prior experience as a paralegal, administrative or similar relevant work
Experience in assisting business permit applications and BIR registrations
Experience in liaising with government offices
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
SALARY RANGE: 20,000 - 23,000
WORK LOCATIONS: Taguig
WORK SCHEDULE: M- F 8:30 - 5:30
