Description
Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs-taking prior to actual consultation with the Primary Care Physician
Weekly and monthly monitoring and inventory of medical and clinic supplies
Encourages customer feedback and resolves availment complaints or concerns of members, otherwise elevates them to the PCC Supervisor
Handles queries from walk-in customers as well as phone-in inquiries
Dispensing emergency medication to patients
Assists in the Executive Check-Up of members and releases ECU results
Maintains and updates records of daily consultations and procedures
Collates data, and prepares reports on monthly census and submits accordingly
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
