The E-Business Manager (Digital Engagement) has good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design and implement digital engagement programs and promotions to increase usage of digital platforms and services
Develop communication for digital launches and enhancements and update landing pages to account for product changes
Work with key partners across the business including product management, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, and fraud teams to drive digital engagement initiatives
Work closely with product teams to negotiate deals with merchants and partners for digital engagement promotions and incentive campaigns
Manage multiple projects across several partners and facilitate projects to meet deadlines
Monitor, report, and analyze the performance of digital initiatives impacting key digital metrics
Conduct regular review of market competition to ensure relevance of product or offer
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of project/program management experience
With experience in online and offline marketing
Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to sell ideas to varying audiences
Strong team player with good relationship management and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being a strong team member
Demonstrates organization and time management skills
Organized, methodical and meticulous
Positive attitude; able to cope with changes and even influence to effect change
Proactively looking for ways to improve existing processes to drive efficiencies
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
