Job Description:
Commercial Banking (CB) Business Support Management (BSM) is an organization within Global Services (GS)/Controls & Continuity Services (CCS) and encompasses Admin Assistant Management, Office Management, and Expense Processing Management.
This Expense Processing Manager will lead a centralized team of Expense Processing Specialists that provide support across CB. This also incorporates talent development and mobility, objective performance evaluations and compensation for the team and unified communications.
This role works in partnership with local and US based BSM managers, Finance & Business Management, Marketing & Events, Market Leadership Teams (MLT), senior management, and all front office and functional group constituents.
Core Responsibilities:
Own the oversight of Travel & Expense report submissions, Sponsorship & Donations/Contributions Invoicing, and related TPO oversight
Manage a team of approximately 10-15 Expense Processing Specialists
Ensuring the team is trained and fluent in key policies and business practices (e.g., Expense Policy, etc.)
Partner with the Control team and BSM Management to define controls and related processes
Ensure Quality Control and Quality Assurance adherence, reporting on gaps/failures and implementing procedural corrections
Apply appropriate support coverage in partnership the BSM Leadership Team
Ensuring exceptional and efficient end to end service delivery
Manage any ongoing recruiting, hiring, and training process
Manage the governance of business processes inclusive of delivering on KPI's
Own performance management process and compensation recommendations to ensure all firm requirements are completed thoroughly and timely
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a large financial services organization
A strong track record in successful people, business, and project leadership
Highly comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies
Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Operate independently, has exceptional judgment and organizational ability
Highly effective problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills - confident, organized and clear and able to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a travel & expense system (i.e., Concur, CWT, etc.), finance or similar business function is a plus
Knowledge of workflow management and SharePoint
