The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

CATERING MANAGER
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in catering operations or a related field, with leadership or managerial responsibilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee line heads, supervisors, and personnel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage end-to-end operations efficiently.
Sound knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and food quality standards.
Proficient in customer service, complaint resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ability to develop and implement effective training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary measures.
Strong sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to plan promotions and build client relationships.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for employee coordination and client engagement.
Flexible and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.
