What's on the menu for you?
You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda Philippines
The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations of pandamart, this will focus on:
Content Management:
Own the development and maintenance of category masterfiles to improve data sharing across teams
Identify opportunity areas in terms of content maintenance
Act as the bridge between global & local teams in identifying gaps in content (i.e. product mapping, product barcodes, images, descriptions )
System Improvement : Be the champion for driving efficiencies in the commercial workplace through functional data and process management
Lead the management of category back end processes to ensure smooth onboarding, ordering, inbounding and accounting of all products
Spot and improve gaps and weakness in current commercial processes to drive efficiencies
Identify and resolve system bugs that affect day to day processes
Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
Support the Category Managers and work closely with the Campaigns, Growth, and Demand Planning team to create a dynamic and exciting shopping experience for our customers
What do you bring to the table?
Graduate of a degree in Business related field or equivalent is preferred
Strong academic records, experience in school organizations and project management is highly desirable
Has relevant experience / internships in the e-commerce or any online platform is a plus
Desire to create an impact, in joining a fast growing organization and work with an agile team
Strong interest in sales, process improvement and data management is preferred
Proficiency in using MS applications and relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an advantage
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and personal set of values
