Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Brand Manager (FMCG) at McAsia Foodtrade Corporation, located in Quezon City. The Category Brand Manger will be responsible for managing all aspects of brand marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities for brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product ranges to maximize potential sales and profitability, and implementing and executing brand plans. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred At least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry, especially in Brand Marketing Experience in brand development, marketing strategies, market analysis, and product positioning Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and the ability to determine a go-to-market approach Demonstrated success in delivering marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and technologies Experience in sales channel management and B2B marketing is a plus
