Takes charge for the daily repair and maintenance of all slot machines, table electronic, gaming shuffler's and related equipment's on the casino floor.
Identifies slot electronic malfunctions.
Maintains tools and appliance clean and in order after using it.
Monitors slot machines & tables on the floor ensuring a fair and legal play.
Ensures all slot machines are secured.
Monitors all repairs through the slot log book or maintenance record.
Fills up the machine log whenever the EGM need to be opened
Maintains slot signage and progressive displays, proper clean and in good working condition
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor regarding any slot machines issues.
Informs the Slot Tech Supervisor prior operate in any EGM, Signage or Casino Link systems
Display a high level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.
Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company's rules and regulations.
Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross culture communications.
Requirements
At least College level.
At least 6 months required in casino slot experience.
Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English
Must have Basic electronics, computer literate and troubleshooting skills.
Awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures, essential.
