The Cashier is responsible for processing cash and/or charge transactions and safekeeping of payments of customers in accordance to the set policies and procedures on cashiering. He/ She is also responsible for maintaining accurate and valid record of all sales transactions to prevent possible losses/ fraud transactions.
1. Accurately and completely process all payment transactions
2. Ensures products on display are replenished as needed, with complete shelf tags/ price tags and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of Counter area
3. Complies with all set customer service standards appropriate for Cashiering functions
4. Attends to all customer queries and needs
5. Documents and safe keeps all sales related documents for submission to the Store Office at the end of shift
6. Promo execution
7. Retail Operation Standards compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
·Required Skill(s): Sales, Customer Service
·No work experience required
