CASHIER / SALES ASSISTANT
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process sales transactions (scanning the items, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accepts payments and issues receipts).
Assist customers (in store and via phone) by explaining or recommending/upsell products, responding to complaints, answering questions, and processing exchanges and returns when necessary.
Must perform the inventory weekly or as needed by their branch Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Stock, sort items by rearranging products, observe FIFO and CAYG(Clean As You Go).
Update records and trackers daily.
Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the management from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  
Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field or with equivalent practical experience or at least Senior High graduate.
Preferably with work experience as a retail Cashier/Sales assistant is an advantage
Good math skills, has basic computer skills, attention to detail
Trustworthy and Customer satisfaction - oriented
Willing to be a rotating/roving Cashier/Sales assistant
Customer Service Oriented
Product knowledge
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (opening, mid shift & closing)
Preferably from Talisay City, Minglanilla and Naga City
