Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation.
Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
Self-audit work checking for errors or duplication
Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives. Organize and maintain original paperwork, evidence/proof in a logical and manageable manner.
Verify service details with the Client, assuring that the service that will be rendered is of the correct test type, price, quantity, schedule, etc.
Verifies, and seeks confirmation of the immediate supervisor/department manager for any discrepancis in the services details.
Verify proof of payments if payment was made by a client via online transfer, and the like, cash payments. Seeks supervisor clearance and permission for any post-paid clients, prior to forwarding client to the Medical Officer for testing.
Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management.
Maintains integrity of confidential information.
Detail-oriented;
Good communication skills;
Typing Speed of 40 WPM;
