Coordinates and checks with the Treasury and Loans Management Supervisor the status of loan availments.
Coordinates and checks with the Treasury and Loans Management Supervisor the scheduling of disbursements and collection.
Coordinates with Treasury Assistant for check voucher preparation.
Analyzes the coherence of funds availability to cover disbursements collected.
Undertakes the reconciling of bank balances by updating daily bank transaction/payment details at all disbursed.
Assists in the reconciliation of records of the overall Treasury activities.
Receives/Check accounts payable voucher from accounting (trade).
Analyzes which bank check to be used, coordinates with AP (Disbursement Officer).
Reconcile bank passbooks/check stubs every payment/disbursement.
Creates a payment summary of suppliers.
Sends proof of payment to suppliers.
Ensues completeness of check voucher/accounts payable voucher.
Prepares/submits weekly/daily reports on summary of check payments disbursed and bank balances.
Other Duties
Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.
Performs any other Treasury functions that maybe assigned by the Vice-President.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
Education:
College Graduate with a degree on Accounting or Business related courses.
Experience:
Fresh Graduates of Financial Management, Accountacy or other similar courses.
Competency Requirements:
The Cash Management Assistant is equipped with comprehensive, technical, analytical, supervisorial, and organizational skills. Recording and data management skills must be commendable. The position requires; exemplary team-play characteristics; pleasant work habits; dynamic and innovative business and both oral and written communication skills; and, commendable computer literacy.
