CASH AUDIT SUPERVISOR
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Exposure to cashier supervision or mentoring is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Integrity and discretion in handling financial matters.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to support multiple stores and adapt to operational requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Cashier Manager in supervising cashier operations across all outlets.
Conduct onboarding, training, and refresher sessions for cashiers on POS use, discounts, identifying counterfeit money, and cash handling procedures.
Monitor and evaluate cashier performance on a regular basis, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide coaching and support for cashiers who require re-training or refresher.
Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to support department goals and overall company operations.
