Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain regulated framework to identify, analyze, and evaluate strategic partnerships and new business prospects for the Cargo business.
Lead new business assessments, including identification of market entry strategies through external partnerships and formulation of business plans.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess, understand, and consult on business needs/gaps to help formulate business development programs.
Formulate customized products based on customer requirements.
Gather and cascade market and competitive intelligence to aid, shape, and formulate business development opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's degree course.
Must have at least 3 years experience in Cargo Sales in the aviation industry.
Must have excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills as well as negotiation skills.
Experience in Business Development is a plus.
