-GREET CUSTOMERS WARMLY AND ASCERTAIN PROBLEM OR REASON FOR CALLING.
-CANCEL OR UPGRADE ACCOUNTS.
-ASSIST WITH PLACEMENT OF ORDERS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
