About This Role
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Cardiac Technician in our Manila office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific Job Responsibilities Include
Review patient's ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilizing iRhythm's Quality Analysis tools for 100% of all records
Perform 100% of the quality assurance before the final report is delivered to the physician and provide report format modifications and additions as requested
Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT)
Communicate with Coach to develop interpretation strategy skills
Partner with clinical help desk for technical consultations
Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills
Engage and communicate with assigned Clinical Operations Coach (U.S.-based)
Adhere to HIPAA Guidelines and good clinical practices
Other duties as assigned
About You
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
CCT or able to be certified within 120 days after completion of Clinical new hire training
Ability to maintain adherence to iRhythm's clinical protocols
Intermediate level PC proficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to use critical thinking skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients
Meet or exceed the productivity and quality metrics as defined for the role
Preferred Qualifications
An Associate degree or two years of college course work
Experience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other specialty requiring ECG interpretation
