CLEAR Corporate is looking for an outstanding Car Parts Interpreter with relevant knowledge in Automotive Car parts and Engines.
Role
Car Parts Interpreter will be dealing in motor accessory dealerships, large car dealerships. You will assist customers by assessing their needs, and recommends appropriate parts.
Opportunity
Your daily tasks will include:
Identifying the make, model, and variation of motor vehicles and automotive equipment
Identifying and sourcing the required parts
Checking, valuing and cataloguing parts and quote price
Assist in the repair and replacement of parts
Interpreting exploded diagram/illustration to further understand the customer's needs
Locating of Car parts for customers and Technicians
Dealing with front counter inquiries over the phone
Following up and actioning outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns
System based parts interpreting using a variety of digital resources
Maximizing sales through taking and processing customer orders and communicate current promotions and specials.

Requirements
At least 3 years relevant experience
Mechanical knowledge and a background in automotive
Proficient in Microsoft applications with a background in internal databases
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Be advised that this post will initially be on a Work from Home (WFH) setup until further notice that will be physically required to report in the office in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
Minimum IT requirement is at least 10 mbps internet speed on a postpaid plan.
CLEAR may provide the PC set for NCR-residing employees. If you opt to use your own equipment, below is the minimum requirement:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
RAM: 4 GB (for 64-bit)
Hard Disk: 500 GB
Webcam: 720p resolution
Audio: Headset with mic (with noise cancelling feature)
To qualify for initial interview, applicants shall be required to submit via email a video recording (maximum 2-minutes long) for screening purpose. We shall determine if you qualify for this role based on the submitted video.
