As a Graduate, you will work as part of a project team on one of our business and technology enabled transformation programs across different industry sectors helping our clients address significant business problems. You could be in a wide range of roles over the 18 month program, it could be business focused role such as a Business Analyst, PMO, Digital, Process or Change Consultant or a more technical role as a Developer depending upon the business need and your background and interest.
You will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, allowing you to deliver innovative solutions for each client. From day one, you will take on real responsibilities and make significant contributions to Capgemini's success.
At the end of the 18 month program, you will be placed in a full time role in one of our technology areas.

To qualify for the Graduate Program, you must hold a university degree in any discipline with 0-2 years of work experience, a valid authorization to live and work in Philippines and a demonstrable understanding and passion for technology.
