SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Under limited supervision, prepares and maintains statistical reports used in management decision-making. Investigates and analyzes data and decides upon alternatives to complete assignment. Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources. Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to the company's success and profitability and critical to meeting our client's expectations. Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity. Monitor, evaluate and assess unit productivity on a daily basis. Provide associate count support for planning and scheduling. Communicate with Manager on a daily basis to resolve problems/issues, assess forecasts, and maximize efficiencies. Schedule and attend weekly forecast meetings. Additional operations support duties as assigned. Supervise, coach and provide feedback to one or two schedulers. Qualifications: Some secondary education / Associate degree preferred 4+ years experience in mass transaction desired (call center preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Clerical and mathematical experience. Must have an experience with Nice inContact. Strong computer, organizational, communication and analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, ACD switch reporting, Blue Pumpkin (preferred), and email systems. Ability to collect and assess data. Works with minimal supervision and has the ability to make decisions and solve complex problems. Working knowledge of workforce management. Ability to present complex information to various levels of the organization. Ability to create and maintain large and complex spreadsheets.
