Job Description
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
The primary purpose of the Candidate Experience Representative is to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy and proactively develop a steady and robust Candidate pipeline for the various roles in the region.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
Conduct candidate screening by doing resume review and phone interviews
Book qualified candidates for the necessary screening assessments
Provide real-time updates of the candidate's status in the hiring process
Regularly engage with employees to provide the status of their referrals and to increase employee participation in the IQEQ referral program
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information of the Applicant Tracking System
Ensure accurate and timely submission of reportorial requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree required; preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
1-2+ years related experience working in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills:
Ability to craft professionally persuasive messages to attract both passive and active Candidates to IQ EQ.
Demonstrate capability to extract contact information quickly and efficiently.
Experience in working with computer applications like Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the likes
Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers
