The Campus Development Officer is generally responsible for providing physical facilities to create an environment necessary to maintain or increase productivity in the workplace and school facilities that are conducive to learning.
Engineering Consultancy Services
Checks and reviews fund appropriation
Prepares plans and specifications
Prepares project cost estimates
Prepares Terms of Reference for sourcing of vendors
Facilitates pre-bid conferences
Prepares abstract of canvass and recommends award to vendor
Management of In-house Projects
Conducts regular school visit to check the correctness of works and progress of the project
Identifies and resolves problems on the project site
Checks and evaluates the progress billing of vendors
Checks completeness of works and recommends acceptance of the project
Management of Special Projects
Checks, reviews and revises if necessary, the floor plans prepared by the Project Architect
Attends the weekly site management meetings
Checks the correctness of works and progress of the project
Checks and reviews contractors' progress billing evaluation prepared by the Project Manager
Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the timely delivery of owner supplied equipment
Ensures the timely delivery of owner supplied fit-out items
Ensures the completeness of works prior to acceptance of the project
Licensed (Optional)
With at least five (3) years work experience in vertical project/s (institutional and/ or commercial)
Basic Skills in AutoCAD, Basic STAAD, Basic SketchUp and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
With knowledge in Basic Cost Estimation
With Knowledge in Documentation Process
