The SRD representative is responsible for providing personal and efficient consultative solutions to online advertising inquiries from small- and medium-sized businesses in North America.
Overview of the role
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to the client's advertising and/or user inquiries
- Recommend best practices for other platforms
- Support SMBs through effective triage liaisons
- Work together with advertising specialists, sales engineers and product team members towards service solutions
- Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed at least 2 years of university tenure
- At least 1 year of inbound or outbound BPO work experience
- Neutral verbal communication skills in American English
- Strong ability to cross-function processes and relationships
- Excellent collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage client targets
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
