DUITES:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding travel bookings, flight information, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Provide accurate and timely information, assist with itinerary changes, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least HS / SHS Graduates
At least 1-3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
Excellent English communication skills
Work onsite
