Key Responsibilities
Handle customers calls which are mostly complex and require efficient utilization of tools. Work activities include servicing Distribution Partners, Financial Advisors and Policyholders.
Answer inquiries, resolve problems, and complaints, retain customers, capture compliments and promote products and services.
Follow timely proper escalation protocol to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Navigate through multiple systems and multi-task by documenting necessary information in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete successfully the required product, process and system training courses.
Undertake all compliance and regulatory training in line with company requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management; may assist with other department projects; may take phone calls for other contact centers when necessary providing similar customer service expected within the department.
What we are looking for
Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Open to night shift post (Monday-Friday).
Open to undergraduates, college level, or any related courses.
Minimum 1 year experience as a phone customer service professional supporting US customers, preferably in financial and consumer products industries.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service focused; ability to solve customer problems efficiently and with high professionalism.
Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in technology.
Must be proficient with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
