CALL CENTER AGENTS
Call Center agents work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will work to find new leads through business directories and/or client referrals. They will also be responsible in recommending products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
Answers telephone calls, interviews clients and verifies information
Informs customers by explaining procedures; providing information and answering questions
Determines eligibility by comparing customers information to requirements
Describes products and services properly and efficiently
Obtains customer information and possible leads
Follows up on initial contacts
Maintains records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
At least High school graduate/ SHS graduate
Call center experience is an advantage
Good communication and listening skills
Self-motivated and can work with grace under pressure
The ability to maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Willing to work graveyard shift and/or holidays; with FIXED weekends OFF!
