Job Functions:
• Will be responsible for handling service support calls or emails.
• Promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.
Job Requirements:
• A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status.
• Must possess basic web navigation skills
• With good to excellent communication skills
• Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to answer logical questions
• Able to multi-task
• Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
• Willing to start immediately
• With Highly stable internet connection at home with no packet loss (Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
and download speed of 12 MBPS, Wired connection from modem/router to PC).
• With Conducive workspace at home away from distraction.
